How to link your Sky remote control

Updated: Aug 20, 2020

Sometimes your Sky remote control will stop working. The first thing we suggest to all our customers (and we know it sounds obvious) is that you try changing the batteries! If this doesn't work the next option is usually a replacement remote control. This is covered under a ProductGuard satellite policy, so give us a call if you're having issues with your current Sky remote. If you've received a new Sky remote and the volume control is not working, you'll need to enter your televisions three or four digit code into your Sky remote to 'link' the remote control your television.

It sounds daunting, but programming your remote control to control the volume on your television is extremely simple and shouldn't take longer than a few minutes! Thankfully, Sky have a step-by-step guide that is easy to follow and will show you how to successfully link your Sky remote to your television. Click the link below to resolve your issue.
